"I have lived in Lynwood Commons for about 7 years, and I can hands down say it is the best apartment I have ever lived in. The location is perfect, as it is located in a safe neighborhood, while also being close to restaurants, shops, gas stations etc. Not only is it very affordable, but it is incredibly well managed. There is plenty of parking which allows space for easy plowing in the winter. Everything is constantly cleaned, serviced and well taken care of. But best of all is the staff. Pat and Janet are wonderfully friendly managers who genuinely want to create the best living experience possible. Whenever I’ve needed a maintenance request or help with something, they’ve always accommodated me with an understanding attitude. This also includes the maintenance staff who will help fix any issue and talk you through any problems, with zero frustration or judgment. I highly recommend living here, and my neighbors feel the same."

"Pat and Janet are the best apt. managers I have ever had. In the 3+ years I have lived here, they have always been kind, warm and welcoming, and somehow always have time for their how-many-hundreds of residents. Our maintenance requests have always been fulfilled promptly and we have always felt safe and cared for here. The apartment itself is just fine - certainly priced right for the amentities you get. It's a steal for a one-bedroom in the cities and you'll be hard-pressed to find a place with owners as reliable and genuinely kind. I'm so grateful for my years here at Lynwood Commons!"

"I lived at Lynwood for just about 3 years. The property is very well managed. I chose Lynwood originally for its inexpensive rent and the ability to have my dog there. The site is very accommodating for those with pets. I continued to renew my lease because of the management staff. Pat & Janet are completely efficient & kind. I never had many issues, but if I did, it was addressed right away. The maintenance staff was always respectful and kind. All the staff kept their word. I highly recommend this for you if you are looking for a quiet, comfortable place! I only had to leave because I outgrew my apartment and had to find a place closer to work. I always felt safe and taken care of. The apartments have an efficient layout."
