"After 3 years living here I have only good words about this place. First of all the office team (Whitney and Tyler) they are just superb, always willing to help, always polite and super responsive. The building is always kept in a very good condition: all areas clean, new machines at the gym, walls duly painted, community room, pool, etc. The vibe is very nice and quiet with very good neighbors. The apartments have lots of light and I find the location pretty good for commuting almost everywhere under 15 min and a lot of shopping and grocery stores nearby. I totally recommend living at Genesee."

"I've just finished my second year here at Genesee. It's a great place to live! The staff is very friendly, courteous and helpful. They keep residents well informed about upcoming projects and social events. Maintenance does a wonderful job keeping the apartment complex clean. Snow removal from the sidewalks and parking lot is done promptly. I've had two minor repairs in two years and they were done quickly and the problems were solved. It's an apartment building so of course you will occasionally hear things, but my room is very quiet. So quiet that I had to buy a white noise device. The location is great. Walking distance to shopping, restaurants and Fresh Thyme. I'm very happy with my decision to live here!"

"My wife and I have been living at Genesee for 6+ months now and love calling this place home! It's in a great location, is reasonably priced and the apartment is very spacious. Overall, a very clean facility and great staff to work with. This apartment wasn't even on our radar during our initial search and a random reach out from Whitney made it all the worth it. She has been very easy to work with and is a gem for a building manager. The front desk staff is extremely welcoming and the maintenance team is very quick to resolve any issues tenants have. The underground parking stall that is included is a huge plus over the winter as well. The only thing I would consider is that living right off of Penn can be fairly noisy throughout the day and at night. Lots of cars like to rip through and you can't really ignore them. Some of the noise from the neighbors also travel along with whatever they can be cooking or other miscellaneous things."
