"I've lived here for three years and love it. Many people have lived in the building for 10+ years, one has even been here for 30. Such nice residents and the property manager, Randy Peterson, is so sweet and accommodating. I have a studio, larger than normal studios. The residents are quiet, and you can't even hear much noise from Nicollet Ave, which my apartment faces. Maintenance requests are handled quickly. No problems with mice or bugs. Cats are allowed. Underground heated parking, shared washers and dryers (but I've never had to fight for washer time). Heat is included. Honestly hate the idea of having to move when I go to grad school as this is the best apartment I've ever had. Studio rent: $675."
