"Can only speak to my experience but it's been positive, both before and after the management change. Good neighbors, well-cared-for property (I see cleaners all the time), mostly quiet, quick maintenance, good winter plowing, occasional resident socials, etc. Parking lot can sometimes be an issue with capacity -- wonder if garage spaces were cheaper if it would help? All in all, no big complaints and I'm satisfied."

She continuously follows up with us on apartment availability and has given us multiple tours of the different apartments they have to offer.
