"Lived here a few years now. It is a quiet community tucked away so it doesn't feel so "busy" but is so accessible to a lot - dog park, shopping, grocery. I have really enjoyed it here!! Pet friendly which is a HUGE plus!"
"Love my little condo but have the small water heater. They are compact condos so can only fit a 19 gallon water heater but get ready for 20 minute showers. Think quick lol. Other wise very nice cute place with cheap utilities. I removed 1 star for the water heater and for patchy work on the drive way."
"0 stars. They have their landlord leaving positive reviews on here. Multiple flooding issues in my unit. Water actually traveled between my unit and the one I share a wall with. That wall has not been inspected. A gutter that hasn’t been fixed in a reasonable time has leads to ice building up on outdoor entryways in the winter. It makes it dangerous to walk, enter, and exit the residence. The garages are in desperate need of repair. Pieces hanging off. Sharp corners of bent metal. Sidewalks and walkways flood due to poor upkeep."
"This is not the most terrible place to live. Now with that being said, let me tell you about my experiences at the Lofts. The rent is ridiculous. I pay $1,100 for 800 sq. ft, and the rent goes up every time you sign your lease. Last time it went up by $150. I have seen houses on the market with 500 more square footage that go for $1,200. The maintenance is a joke. You had better hope nothing goes wrong in your unit that you cannot fix yourself. We had water leak from our utility room into our living room. There was a good 4 feet of carpeting in the living room that was completely saturated. Someone came, pulled the washing machine out to "let it dry", then came back 2 days later and pushed it all back. They did nothing about the smelly wet carpet in our living room, and never found the cause of the leak. (By the way, despite about 10 phone calls to the property manager. We're still waiting to hear back, in case you were wondering). Their solution to our saturated, (probably moldy since this was not the first time this happened) carpet was to and I quote "put a fan on it". So, like I said. Maintenance is a joke. There have been THREE managers at the property over less than 2 years. The only bathroom is downstairs right off the kitchen, and the two bedrooms are upstairs. One room we use as a guest room/storage because it overlooks the living room. Which is fine, unless you need any kind of privacy (roommates, etc). There is assigned parking with a guest lot, but that doesn't seem to matter to some people, as many times I have had to park in the guest parking because someone is in my spot. I have a history as a caretaker, and if I left the grounds the way there are often left, I would have been fired. The grass is never mowed, and the wood chips get absolutely everywhere. I vacuum almost every day because of the amount that get tracked into the house. This is mostly due to the fact that there were rocks before they put the chips down, but the neighborhood kids kept throwing them at peoples' houses (awesome). Their solution was to just put wood chips right over the top. The grounds look unkempt and are ugly. The places are OK if you don't plan on staying long, but I've been staying here for almost 2 years, and I'm so ready to move on."
