"Went to pick up my keys for our apartment today after driving through the night from New York and found an apartment with crooked drawer handle, dirty cabinets, both bathrooms dirty with stains and mold in the white tiles. The closet door broken. The wood shelves chipped and just painted over. Light switch plate coming off the wall. The shower head broken and patched with cement not even painted. The door lock frameda busted and cracked. Paint coming off the wall. The heater was busted and dirty. They knew the apartment was this way, both Brittany and Jayda said they knew things were wrong with the apartment and because they didn’t have time to fix it they just thought I’d move in without complaint. The hallways smell like smoke. Extremely disappointing. They did give our rent check back and I’ll be waiting for our $600 refund as promised. We are now without a home coming from NY and having to find an apartment for our family last minute. I hope Paragon finds a new management and maintenance team that also doesn’t imply your tenants are liars and stated Joanna doesn’t care about the apartment being in poor condition and my frustration it’s not her problem. Please do better in the future."

"Nice staff, but definitely the worst apartment situation I've ever been in. That comes from someone with very low standards who has spent significant periods of time in 3rd world countries... Shockingly poor accounting. And mathew wasn't lying about the smell of animal urine and smoke. Really nice staff, but even they can't hold back the tide of terrible which the company will flood you with."

"Nice apartments, but management rarely enforces their many rules and is very slow to repair issues with the property. For example, when there was an active shooter in my building that required a massive police siege (with me left inside worried about my safety), the front door was left unlocked and unfixed for weeks afterward. They will also try to tell you your broken appliances are fine and don't need replacement. They actually admitted to me that they didn't want to fix my broken A/C because they were trying to save money. The actual apartment interiors are great, but it can be a frustrating place to live."

"The Paragon Apartments has been a lovely place to live. I've lived here for a few years now with my significant other and our two children. The one and only issue our family has experienced would be the slamming of hallway and apt doors. With that being said, we are living in a new world, and we understand that more people are working from home and most children are still in distant learning. It's unavoidable in apt living. The new management team, especially Joanna, has been wonderful. She responds fast and gives us realistic updates. As far as the amenities, I feel that the new washer and dryer system has been a huge upgrade and the new partnership with Amazon for packages is above and beyond, considering we already have Parcel Pending available. Really cool! The pool reopening and fitness center is also a plus. Highly recommend!"
