Brook's Landing

"Seniors of Liberian descent gathered to celebrate the Independence Day of their motherland! The occasion was held in the party room of their living quarters at the Brooks Landing building commonly known as “the Brown Building“ It is 7-stores building for Seniors but is predominantly domiciled by Africans."

"Lived here in 2017. Roaches.....Bad. Obvious signs of past water leaks and damage. They paint over water damaged walls. Some of the tenants will go through your trash that you put in the dumpster just to be sure your not throwing away anything they could use. Worst is the roaches though. Generally nice tenants. Some of them are just older folks who shouldn’t be left to live alone, which is why the fire department is called a couple times every month. If you want the qualities of living in the projects without actually living in the projects, this place is what you’re looking for......roaches. Edit: Roaches hide in your furniture and appliances, like in a microwave or a ps4. If your not careful, they will move into your new spot right long with you; like: “oh, sweet new digs!”"
