The Springs at Lakeville is lucky to have such a kind and accommodating staff member! This is my first apartment in over 23 years…so much has changed! She and other staff have really made the transition easy for me. I’m happy with my choice of living here."

"I have been renting a studio apartment at the springs at lakeville for almost a year now. The apartment itself is fairly modern, clean, quiet, and actually pretty spacious for a studio. Would give 5 stars for the apartment alone, but what truly stands out to me in this community is the staff. I’ve lived in 6+ different apartments, and the staff at the springs are BY FAR the best. Their response to any issue is almost immediate, and they are always helpful and kind. They have office hours with staff available 6 days a week, and an on call maintenance team when needed (which I’ve used for minor issues, and they have successfully fixed them right away). In my previous experience with other apartments, that kind of service is extremely rare. THANK YOU to all of the staff at the springs for the wonderful work you do, and for making my renting experience so positive."

"It has been a pleasure living here. Staff in the office (both Brianna’s and Crystal) are friendly and available. Maintenance is polite and are constantly doing things on the property. My neighbors were all friendly and respectful, I wouldn't have move if it wasn’t for work. I really enjoyed the food truck Fridays, I didn’t participate in a lot of the other events but I do know that they were offered often and seemed well thought out. The only negative thing is the dog park, a lot of people dont pick up after themselves and I was always nervous that my dog would get sick."

Not to mention it’s pet friendly and very accommodating to pets of all sizes! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a nice safe place to live."

The community is quiet and clean I have zero complaints I plan to be here for a long time I love my view of the pond and fountain can’t beat hearing the water when I have my windows open on a cool summer day.
