Continental Apartments

"Huge hole in air ducting that they failed to fix after telling Management, Ed, at my 2nd year lease renewal. Bedroom was always cold especially on the multiple -20° days. (Still had to pay full rent without the problem being fixed) Excessively high water bills(especially in summer) think they add they lawn watering to everyone's bill. I could literally hear my neighbors conversations cause there isn't much to the walls between units."

"The management was very helpful and kind with the move in process. They're attentive to their residents needs and answer as immediately as they can to phone calls and e-mails. It's in a very convenient location and living here so far has been very relaxing and easy."

"Our time living at Continental has been a great experience. The property manager Ed, is the kindest and most reasonable landlord you could ask for. He is professional, transparent, and helpful. We are moving into a home now, but will miss the staff at continental. Plus, we really appreciate the accommodation for our big dog! Thank you! It is not always easy as a renter to find such outstanding management."

"I absolutely loved my apartment here. The management was awesome and maintenance always showed up on time. Unfortunately I had to end my lease, but I would definitely recommend renting at Continental apartments. The apartments are spacious for a reasonable price with a beautiful, peaceful view of the golf course. I will definitely miss renting here."

"OMG, where do I start? I really wished I could've given these apartments a negative five stars. The management company is totally unprofessional. The maintenance team is very slow and unprofessional. The building is predominantly Caucasian and they are very racist. When I was showed a unit, it was very well still occupied, uncleaned and all the appliances are at least twenty years outdated. The garage space I was worn down, the landscaping of the building is very much so terrible. The tenants currently in the building unit where I was showed were very loud and obnoxious. I was totally not into the fact that not only do they have a last one in first one out attitude but I also can't get with how high the rent is, you have to pay a friggin water bill, and pay for parking that anybody can take even if they don't live on your side of the building. DESPICABLE! THIS IS BY FAR THE WORST UNIT I'VE VIEWED NEXT TO EDEN PARK APARTMENTS, AND THOSE ARE THE WORST IN THE COUNTRT IN MY OPINION."
