"Terrible service. My meds were suppose to be refrigerated. When I would get them the ice packs were all melted to a liquid. No ice!!! They set up delivery and it would not arrive on time. They give me a time to come pick up since it did not show up at my house on time. Then still have to wait for nearly an hour past what ti.e they tell me to come. Ridiculous!!! So bad iust quit taking it and am switching my doctor ."

"Front desk very courteous. Technician was very helpful. She was even willing to pack a cooler with ice packs to be ready for a long trip by airplane. Building could be better marked with appropriate signage because neighborhood is deserted. Lots of parking."

"Was proactive and called the pharmacy to make sure the Rx was received and if they need more information. Was told that they received the prescription and will contact me for more information in 1-2 days. A week passes by and no call. Called them again and was told that they were waiting on a medication list and allergy information from the prescriber and that was why there was a delay in filling the prescription. This type of information I could have given when I called the first time or had they called like they promise. Boggles my mind why they were waiting for the prescriber to provide that information instead of going straight to the patient?"
