"Very upset, I come to purchase a bus pass on Sunday and because the person that is usually behind the guess services called in sick or something they didn't have another person to help me purchase one. Why are there not more people trained at Lewis drug to sell a bus pass that is needed, I don't know why all employees are they unable to do it, even at the registers up front. Not very courtesy to provide customers service that they need. Lucky for them I don't need it until Wednesday, but if needed it to catch the bus tomorrow morning before you all open, that would be a good reason to be upset with you all. I mean for goodness sake there wasn't even a manager to help me out."
