"Overall I haven't had a negative experience living here. The fetch delivery service has been wonderful, staff has been very communicative, and neighbors for the most part have been respectful. The apartment is a good fit, which just needs some kind of silencer on the door so we don't hear as much in the hallways. One negative, is the dirtiness of the hallways/stairways (hallway air fresheners would be great), people don't clean up after their kids and the trash will sit there until cleaning comes to pick up after them, but they don't clean up the colorful stains on the floors (beverages/ketchup/etc..). I think the entire parking lot could use a pressure washing clean because of how residents don't care to clean up after their mess and just leaving things sit."

"First and foremost Keiani was a pleasure to work with. My issue is with Greystar. I recently applied for an apartment and was told I was approved with conditions due to credit. I found out the conditions meant $500 normal deposit, one month rent PLUS a guarantor who makes FIVE times the rental amount. The guarantor stipulation is absolutely absurd! I also work in property management and trust me I have seen far worse credit scores get approved. I do wonder about their process behind the scenes as far as verifying my rental history because none of that information was asked or put on my rental application. My rental history will show that I have rented my entire adult life and have never been evicted or owed a balance to a former landlord. I did attempt to email the manager to inquire if they would be willing to take 6 months of rent at move in or if there was any wiggle room given I qualify everywhere else, my credit isn't extremely terrible and again the guarantor requirement is ridiculous. I haven't heard back and doubt I will. Greystar needs to evaluate their extreme requirements in comparison to the properties people are applying to."

"First of all don’t look at the five star reviews, most of them are newly leased individuals who haven’t actually lived here yet. This place is a slum now compared to the last management that was here (end of 2019 is when grey star took over) when we first moved here. Broken glass, dog feces, disgusting hallways, trash left in and outside of the buildings, the parking situation in winters (this year wasn’t bad because there was barely any snow) and the pool. Let’s see if they open the pool on time this year or if something will happen where they don’t open it until the end of summer. If it does open let’s see how often they close it due to tenant behavior such as pooping in the pool, broken glass, or vandalism like previous years. They prices aren’t worth what they’re charging for amenities. My family is planning on leaving this place when our lease is up because management is atrocious, once you’re locked in they can show their true colors they do not care. Get ready for fire doors not working, locking the upstairs trash doors because people leave their trash in the room so they punish everyone instead of finding who the culprits are, everything is your fault and horrible communication! Oh and don’t forget the atrocious neighbors who let their pets defecate in their apartments, play loud music, stomp at all times of day and night without management lifting a finger to help but I can’t really blame them when their turn over rate appears to be super high in the office! Really hope the new tenants enjoy life here in about a month when they get their first bill and wonder why it’s much higher than they thought it was gonna be :)"
