"We stayed overnight for a nearby family event. We used the app to check in (our only "issue" was that staff could not get the app key to work, so we had to use a card key. a very minor inconvenience.) We had a pleasant overnight stay, and plenty of options for the breakfast (the biscuits were cold, but that could have just been unfortunate timing, as in, they may have just filled the steamer). Everything was nice and clean. Staff were knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. Other than normal wear and tear, the Inn was in good shape and we didn't have any problems that required maintenance or staff attention."

"Very nice place to stay! Quiet and comfortable, with wonderful, helpful staff. I was actually able to sleep through the night which is unusual when I'm away from home. I'd stay again in a heartbeat!"

"I absolutely do not recommend this hotel ! One evening when I went to my room after a day's absence, the door was open and my headphones were stolen. I immediately notified the staff who told me to come back the next morning. So I came back the next morning, they told me that they were looking at the surveillance cameras and that they were investigating. so I went back again and was told the same thing again, again and again. 5 days later, after speaking with the manager, she told me that she did not have access to the cameras. So what have they been doing for these 5 days? absolutely nothing. Then the day of my departure was approaching, so I asked for a refund for my headphones, which they refused. If you stay in this hotel, hide your belongings well because in the event of theft you will not find your belongings and they will not reimburse you for anything!"

"Spacious and clean rooms. Enjoyed the bed, and bathroom was on point. Usual hateabul mini fridge. Breakfast was great, we had bacon that morning!! I would suggest asking for a even number room, as this faces greenery rather than the other hotel. Far enough off 169 that it is quiet. Pool is pretty small, and no hot tub or sauna. Close to Canterbury downs and several good restaurants. I came to visit again because of good rates for a fantastic suite. In shakopee, I would say: one of the best places!"

"I stayed here this past weekend to attend a gala held at Mystic Lake Casino. I wanted to avoid paying the casino priced hotel rooms so I opted for this hotel. The hotel is in a great location and close to food, gas stations, and shopping! It was a 10 min drive to the casino and was a straight shot to get to it so that was convenient as well! The hotel was very clean and modern. Bedding was superb! Breakfast had a good mix of fresh/hot food."
