"This place is absolutely disgusting. Do NOT live here at all. The landlord does not care for you at all. I had my fridge stop working and this maintenance guy who has 0 experience or whatever, brought me the fridge from the TRASH. The audacity. Straight from the garbage with cockroaches. My stove also is broken at the moment, so I cannot cook anything, I’ve called multiple times but the landlord doesn’t answer. I’m eating takeout for now. It’s been a YEAR since my stove stopped operating. This landlord is trash at his own job ,and so is the maintenance dude. He dares to break more things in my apartment. He made the cold and hot water messed up for my shower. You have to quite literally turn different directions every time. Cockroaches are everywhere. The maintenance guy is also a drunk. Too many drunks in the parking lot blasting music. The laundry machines are also not it. People will take out your clothes just to get the chance when you just put them in. Disrespectful. This place is not the place to live in at all."

"DO NOT LIVE HERE!!! My family lived here and we paid $1,200 a month for a place that’s infested with cockroaches! The landlord doesn’t care the maintenance guy is super lazy he doesn’t fix anything!! I’ve tried to report this place multiple times! When you wake up in the middle of the night watch where you step right when you turn the light on in the living room or kitchen they will be all over the floors and walls another thing too when you take a picture off the wall they spread everywhere it’s disgusting!!! If you know anyone living here tell them to leave their furniture there do not take it let the landlord deal with it! I moved somewhere else and now my new place has roaches because of this place!"
