"I have lived at this complex for quite some time. Arlington Ridge has gone through numerous property managers since I’ve been here. More than two handfuls. I guess I’d like to give them all credit saying they all did their best with what they were hired into; a property that has gone downhill and the main people for Nationwide Housing do the absolute bare minimum they have to in order to keep things afloat. Our new property manager, Maria, however has been great. She is the ONLY reason I am giving this property 4 stars. In the 9 years I’ve lived here I have waited for numerous things to be fixed and properly in my unit. I know that Maria is just the messenger because she gets told “no” A LOT by her higher up. Along with the previous managers. She has fixed literally everything I have been waiting to be fixed since I moved into my apartment. She keeps a positive attitude and wants to help and keep our property clean and afloat. She came into a horrible situation with our apartment and A LOT of residents are resentful and unhappy to see yet ANOTHER property manager get hired. Again, she is just the messenger and doing the best she can do with what she’s been dealt with. She’s patient, kind, understanding and an amazing manager. So many things such as our trash, building maintenance, unit maintenance, our outside grounds, etc. have improved 100%!! She definitely does not get enough credit for how far this place has come in such a short amount of time. Thank you Maria! Keep up the great work. :)"

"This is by far the worst place I’ve ever lived. Property manager up and left, had no one to call for months. The new one is never in. They’re trying to leave mold in the foundation of the building and just patch up our walls. Not replace carpet after flooding just dry it. Have had leaking ceilings for months! They simply don’t care because they live there, do not recommend moving in here! Has just been a nightmare"

"Having Amy as our complex manager has been great. She always makes sure the building stays clean when it gets out of order, tenants are heard when they have a concern & she's willing to fix what needs to be done. She believes in the idea of families having a good community to live in & is doing what she can to make that a reality. For the most part we've enjoyed living here."
