"In my previous rating just a week ago, I gave 5 stars. That was just for the maintenance staff who need to work very hard - this is an old apartment building and it is showing its age more and more. Rent has increased faster than inflation. Not just the rent, other features are now charged: covered parking and gas for heat/hot water are two notables. Even with the rent problems, many tenants like this place for a variety of reasons, but a breaking point is coming. The rent, the age of the building, and what seems much like a decay in the tenant population are going to catch up."

"Although this building has aged a bit, it's a great price for Plymouth with pretty solid management from Weidner Apartment Homes. The vast majority of repair requests are acted upon within 24 hours and the windows and sliding doors were just replaced this year. It's in a quiet area but a pretty great location, close to a Fitness center and a large local park. It may not be a new and ritzy building, but it's a good quality apartment in a good town for a fair price."
