"I live here. They dont get rid of snow on time not even same day. Black mold everywhere. Kelly is the worst apartment manager, took them 2 weeks to get a lightbulb put in for my neighbor. Everything is backwards, wrong or halfway done. Hires the cheapest worst companies for lawn landscape and snow removal. You need to own a garage for your car or you get towed or take your chances parking at a gas station or private property and getting towed. Ive been in nicer trailer courts then this place. They need new management. The snow was soft slushy n ready to plow and they waited 24 hrs for it to freeze tthen they will plow and leave all the ice n snow in the parking lot still. Worst i mean THE WORST place in chaska, all because of management"

"I relocated 1 year ago to Chaska from the Iron Range 4 hours North of here where my family and I have been forever! This is a beautiful area and we love it here in Chaska! I can honestly say that with the help of KELLY BICKFORD my relocation went much more smooth than I could have ever dreamed it would be! My Townhouse was ready for me when I got here and it was just great! Thank you KELLY BICKFORD!!! Also, Kelly is the Property Manager here at Woodcrest Townhomes and Jay is the Fella who does Maintenance, when there is an issue (which is rare) they will work together to make sure everything is perfect for you and your family! I will recommend these Townhomes in the future because the area is beautiful and the property is very nice and user friendly to get around! All of my neighbors have been a pleasure to get to know and live next to as well! Everything you would ever need is less than a mile away... Thanks again Kelly and Jay for making my experience here at Woodcrest a great one!"

"Moved into a townhome here because they were some of the most affordable rates around. The location is excellent as it's minutes away from Target, Rainbow, and host of other stores, but also connects to some awesome scenic trails that go around Lake Grace and into the rest of the Jonathan neighborhood. I've lived in two different units here over the years and it has been easy to get in contact with the landlord when needed. I definitely recommend Woodcrest Townhomes."
