"Completely unprepared and unorganized for a showing the lady that was supposed to give us a tour was late and couldn't get into the first unit showed us a second unit as soon as she turned on the light it went out the microwave was blaring a god awful sound that didn't stop and the closet doors were falling off I work on houses for a living so to say I was very politely mortified is an understatement"

"WORST APARTMENTS EVER! PEOPLE ARE DISRESPECTFUL, BLAST MUSIC all hours of the day, management off and on! they don’t fix your apartment. Walls are like PAPERR HORRIBLE"

"This is hands down the worst place I have ever lived with the worst management I've ever seen renting anywhere. Thing will either just not get done or thing will get done late. I've had nothing but issues and problems since even before I moved in. I got accused to squatting in a unit before even moving in. I've had the office staff help drill my lock out of my garage for some random lady to where almost all of my belongings in my garage were stolen."

"Kris, The new Regional manager is a really great property manager, and she has really been working hard to turn this place around and I could honestly say I've never felt more comfortable living there under anyone else, she's was very attentive to my needs, and made me feel like I was very important, she is new to the townhomes and is great for this place and company. The past managment hasn't been so great but the future looks very bright with her now watching over this community. Great job kris keep up the great work."

"Had quite the experience with the property manager. Went to inquire about a townhome and he made me feel extremely uncomfortable. When I didn’t play along with his inappropriate behavior things went left and he started being disrespectful. I wasn’t going to post about it but I definitely want to make others aware. Other than this, the property doesn’t look the best from the outside so I can imagine the inside! Trash on the ground, some of the home front doors have screen doors and some don’t, dogs running outside off the leash, etc. long story short, will NOT be moving here!"
