"I had asked to have someone check on the water in my apartment. The water is not hot, it is warm at best in the shower. I also had said that I wanted to be here if someone was going to be coming into my apartment if needed. There was going to be a water heater replaced a few days after I was told that the issue was taken care of so I was under the impression that this is what the "fix" was going to be. I am not sure that either one was completed. I still have no hot water in my shower and I still am not sure what was ever done."

"Great help from Margaret, showing the apartments for me to choose and answer tons of questions. The few items I listed on my walk-thru form were addressed right away. Just have one maintenance item that's outstanding right now. Would like it fixed so I don't lose food from freezer."

"Friendly staff the last few months with some turn over but flooded garage, broken elevator were big problems in the past. Currently, things are moving forward fine with new site manager. There is a big pot hole in the parking lot that could use some fill. Thank you."
