"Rooms dirty. Feel unsafe. Feels more like a halfway house than a hotel. Staff is very unprofessional."
"ROACHES!!!! They are everywhere!! Baby roaches, adult roaches, and anything in between!! They know they have a roach infestation and do not tell you upon check in! The rooms are not cleaned properly and they do not offer cleanings, fresh sheets, or towels during your stay. I believe the people running the desk are tenants of the property and appear to be on drugs. Do not book here. It’s sad the area is wonderful. That extended stay could really be great under proper management but I also believe the roach infestation is far too gone. They will have to demo that place and rebuild."
"This is my 2nd review and the reason for it is because I went through some traumatizing experiences there in December of 2023 to January of 2024. The first review covered my truck being stolen, which the manager dismissed and blamed me. She said it was not registered , which it was and what right did they have to steal my truck. The towing company for them should have called Chaska police to see I would think. After arguing and them realizing my truck was registered in Canada legally they waived the $360 towing fee, but I had to pay a cab to go get it 7 hours later that Sunday. The next thing the manager lady stole from me was a week's rental and charged more for the room I was in. I signed paper to pay $1600 for a month stay. I paid the supervisor $800 cash and she said if I pay by the 1st of January I'll have the room until the 17th. On new years eve I went to pay the $800 cash and I had to pay another $200 plus before paying another $800 plus to stay. We got the lady manager on the phone and she try bribing me to take my review down about my truck being stolen and then she may give me a better rate. I paid over $800 more to stay until the 12th of January and had to leave a week earlier than originally agreed upon, the lady manager said she's a motel and she can do what she wants and charge what she wants. The next issue while staying there my credit card numbers were stolen by I am thinking by the people in the next room to mine. I had paid my phone bill and gave my numbers verbally over the phone. This is the only time I ever did that since being in Minnesota. This place is dangerous and you will probably have something stolen from you there, not by residents but by management and employees. I also tried to get help from expedia, which I originally booked my first 2 weeks there with before dealing with management on my whole month there. Expedia did nothing for me and the supervisor said he would supposed call me back the next day and never has.. I would bypass that place and any other townsquare hotel/motel from now on. They also would not lend me a broom or vacuum to keep my room clean there are hoarders there also from what I could see, their rooms are really really dirty. I tried to find my first review and I'm not sure where it went or how they pulled it. I've copied this one and I will make sure I repost if I see it missing."
"If I could give this place zero stars I would. We were staying here due to relocation and waiting to transition into our new home, so we were booked for 5 weeks. Upon entering the hotel we were a bit overwhelmed at how dirty this place was, but decided to be optimistic and give it a chance. On night number 2 my husband went to take a shower and found 3 cockroaches crawling on the walls. I then noticed one next to where we were storing our crock pot. I called down to the front desk and was told I had to wait until 7am to speak with a manager. The next morning I went down and the manager basically laughed at me stating it was no big deal and she could transfer me to a different room. No chance! I demanded a refund which they did give me but was originally told they could not refund cash payments. After going back and forth I agreed to allow them to put it on my card. The manager said they don't carry cash, but when she was unable to get it back onto my card she went in the back and came out with cash to pay me back. Ridiculous! She should have done that in the first place! No security what-so-ever! You can walk right into the building from the back door. Relocated the same day and so much happier. DO NOT RECOMMEND!"
"We needed pet-friendly accommodations this summer. This establishment was ideal for temporary living quarters, as we stayed there for three weeks with our dog. There was a convenient running path and the dog had ample room to run and play. More importantly, the staff was kind and courteous - a special shout out to Brandy, Sarah, and Cesar! Thank you all for making our stay as comfortable as possible!"
