Having been a resident here since almost the beginning, I can confidently say that Cassie is the best manager we've had. Her dedication to making Vincent Woods a great place to live is evident in every interaction and decision she makes. Cassie goes above and beyond to ensure that residents feel valued and supported. Her friendly demeanor creates a welcoming atmosphere, and her genuine concern for the community's welfare is truly commendable. In addition to her friendly approach, Cassie's proactive efforts contribute significantly to the overall positive experience at Vincent Woods. Her commitment to excellence is reflected in the attention to detail and the continuous efforts to enhance the living experience for all residents. We are lucky to have her. *Jared our maintenance supervisor has truly transformed the VW complex, and in my opinion, he is hands down the best maintenance supervisor we have ever had. Since he started, there has been a noticeable improvement in the overall condition and cleanliness of the property. Jared's commitment to keeping the place clean and well-maintained is truly commendable. He looks like he takes pride in his work, and it shows in his attention to detail throughout the complex. His efforts have made a significant improvements in making Vincent Woods a more pleasant place to live. One thing I like about Jared is that he is approachable and willingness to help. Whenever there's a concern or a question, Jared is always happy to assist and provides solutions with a positive attitude. His friendly demeanor and willingness to engage with me is a great value to myself. I have lived here for almost 4 years, and I strongly recomend moving to Vincent Woods Property. Thank you Cassie and Jared for everything."

"We moved in 2 months ago after selling our house. The staff has been very helpful, they listen and answer all our questions. The manager even sends out regular emails to keep people up to date with the property and gentle reminders of the rules and best practices of apartment living (very helpful for newbies). The maintenance guy is quick to respond and takes pride in his work... has always gone the extra mile. I would recommend this as a good place to call home!"

"Toured Vincent Woods today and absolutely loved it! The location feels very safe and in a great area. The apartment complex was clean and well maintained! The staff was so friendly and helpful! Definitely top of my list!"

"Moved her 8 months ago. The place has gone down hill. State they are dog friendly but then post signs all over that your dog can't go potty so all is short of putting a diaper on your dog and walking half a mile it is impossible to follow this rule every weekend there is an email that goes out with new rules or a complaint about something that tenants have done or should be doing. We liked it in the beginning but management changed right when we got here the door is always shut it seems like she's the teacher and we're the children. Also it seems like they are not being very picky about who is moving in if it takes six people to pay the rent they'll take the six people it doesn't matter on the weekends when management isn't here it is a complete disaster. People are noisy people prop the doors open we are actively looking to move somewhere else we do not even care that we have to pay a buyout. Just recently they sent out an email about our safety to keep your apartment doors locked in to keep valuables out of your car I honestly thought I lived in Rogers a safe neighborhood not East Saint Paul.. We would not recommend two high-priced for what you get definitely the upkeep on the buildings is poor the carpets are dirty the walls are dirty there's garbage everywhere and the garbage receptacles that they do have are not enough for the number of people in the amount of garbage that is produced so it is overflowing"

"Loud neighbors especially the 2 women in #121. There always seems to be dog feces on the grass & the smell of smoke is very prominent at the main entrance because that’s where those who smoke are allowed to. Garbage disposal will be so full that people would leave their trash outside of the chute & have the hallway smell for days. Also, recycling was always full a few days before recycling pick up so there would be piles of peoples recycling on the floor. There have been messes in the hallway such as cat litter that wasn’t cleaned for weeks. There was an instance where one of the pipes leaked into the apartment & there had to be a massive loud fan in the bathroom (attached video) & communication was very minimal. It was there for DAYS as well. Not worth how much you pay a month. Very sad how much living costs are for BARE minimum."
