"I moved here recently from South Carolina to start a new job and I have been very impressed by the front office and the cleanliness of the apartment. When I was initially looking for a place to live in MN I had to rely on Google searching which isn't ideal but Kyle answered all my questions and the process was actually pretty hassle free and easy. The staff has good communication and there haven't been any hidden fees or surprises. I've really enjoyed my time here and so have both of my pets! Overall a great place to call home."

"Been here just a few days, everything they promised has been true. Kyle the leasing manager helped me thru the entire process. The complex is clean and secure. Underground parking a huge plus in MN. Staff has been efficient and friendly. Apartment is exactly what I was looking for. Proximity to major highways, shopping, restaurants is an added benefit."

"We are absolutely happy we made the choice to lease in the Fredrik. Kyle ( leasing mgr) went above and beyond to help us get settled in and kept us updated along the process, even on his day off. We relocated from the Northeast and it’s been a bit stressful. After a week here, we feel settled in. Enjoying the community amenities, club room, sports simulator, fitness room etc. The apartment we leased checked off all our boxes and so had the Fredrik."

"Nice place! Management has been awesome and communication with them is super easy. I do wish they had a pool or hot tub, would be nice for summer entertaining. And I think the halls need a deep carpet clean. I also wish the workout area was bigger with more machines. But minor things. The move in was easy, the people here are nice and it’s a great location! Very loving and accepting of my dog too! My favorite part is the free coffee in the lobby haha"
