"Walking in the front door you will be immediately welcomed with the smell of smoke and the lingering smells of childhood with hamburger helper. Since this establishment was founded in 1976, I do not doubt that smell only improved over the last 43 years. Cleaning the hallways takes place once every 6 month with boxelder bugs and garbage on the floor. Once in your unit, the kitchen will show the many years of grease stains on the particle board doors that received many years tender care. Don't worry though, paint will cover the peeling and cracking. The bathroom is exquisite with 43 years of hard water stains. The lack of a ventilation fan in the bathroom leaves the ceiling's lead paint cracked and peeling. With walls so thin you will be able to hear your neighbor watch TV, jam out to their favorite music or have a domestic! Overall storage is at a premium. Apartment amenities were top notch! The two washers and dryers in one building (remember 24 units per building!) were more than enough to guarantee doing laundry 1 out of 6 times. Parking your car is fun challenge(multiple cars are stored there all winter with 24" of snow on the roof). Garbage is neatly contained on, in and around the dumpster and recycling area(once again 3 recycle bins for 24 units) Usually a mattress or couch is there for viewing pleasure! You will enjoy the rent increase the longer you are there without any of the benefits! (The increase is to stay competitive with other apt buildings in the area) If you do find yourself living here, it will help you get your life in order very fast!!"

"Landlord... he doesn't fix things, doesn't salt the sidewalks during winter, doesn't shovel or get parking lot plowed, the back parking lot to the first building is sh*tty, honestly super awkward guy. Never a parking spot available. Can hear everything through the walls and floors. Second floor hallway sounds like you're going to fall through it as you're walking. Washer and dryer sucks..."
