"Best moving experience ever! UPack was half the cost that PODS quoted me (moved from Fayetteville to Chicago), and they even delivered my trailer to my destination a day early. I also had a very sensitive, emotional neighbor who was distressed about the trailer being parked on the public street (I had no driveway to park it in). Despite his highly emotional behavior and belief that he was a special princess, UPack remained professional and helpful through the entire process. They also put up the bulkhead for me (I couldn't lift it myself) which was above and beyond customer service. I will definitely use them again in the future if I do another long distance move."
