"Lived in Grandview 2 for 2 years. The smells in the hallways were always horrible. They tried fixing it with fresheners, but apple cinnamon could never mask the smells of hot fish and curry. Luckily we couldnt smell it from in our apartment (unless we had the window open for fresh air). They also say they are a smoke free community, but they dont enforce it. Even when we take photos of the neighbors smoking on their balcony and send them to the office. Plus our neighbors could never park in just their parking spot. Not to mention the cockroaches that showed up a month before our lease ended. You will also be charged for cleaning and painting after you move out (no matter how clean you leave it), so dont expect any of your security deposit back. The positives: a free garage space, cheap rent for the size, a massive bathroom, and nice office employees."
