"I am writing this review to express my utmost disappointment with MKI Group Travel's services. We booked tickets for a mission trip through this agency, only to discover later that the tickets were never purchased by Mike. Despite our repeated attempts to seek reimbursement for the funds we had paid, we received neither acknowledgment nor the promised refund from Mike Snyder, the owner of the agency. It has been an incredibly frustrating and disheartening experience dealing with MKI Group Travel. From the beginning, we had high hopes for a smooth and hassle-free experience with this travel agency. Unfortunately, those hopes were shattered when we arrived at the airport, only to find out that our tickets were nonexistent. We were left stranded, bewildered, and scrambling to find alternate arrangements at the last minute. This level of unprofessionalism and negligence is simply unacceptable. What adds insult to injury is the complete lack of communication and accountability from the agency's owner, Mike Snyder. We reached out to him multiple times via phone calls, emails, and letter through the mail, but received no response whatsoever. It is absolutely shocking that a business owner would ignore their customers' concerns and fail to take responsibility for such a grave mistake. This lack of professionalism and basic courtesy is completely unacceptable and has left us feeling cheated and ignored. It is not only the financial loss that we have suffered but also the time and effort wasted in trying to rectify this situation. We trusted MKI Group Travel to handle our travel arrangements, and they have let us down in the most egregious manner. Their failure to acknowledge their mistake, provide any form of compensation, or even respond to our inquiries has left us deeply dissatisfied and infuriated. I strongly advise anyone considering working with Mike Snyder and using his company MKI Group Travel for their travel needs to think twice. This agency has proven to be unreliable, unresponsive, and completely untrustworthy. They have displayed a total lack of professionalism and customer service. Save yourself the stress and disappointment we have endured and seek out a more reputable and responsible travel agency. MKI Group Travel has proven to be nothing short of a complete failure. In conclusion, our experience with MKI Group Travel has been nothing short of a nightmare. They failed to purchase our tickets, ignored our requests for reimbursement, and displayed an astonishing lack of professionalism and accountability. I cannot stress enough how strongly I discourage anyone from using their services. Stay away from Mike / MKI Group Travel if you value your time, money, and sanity. Note: If you have not done so already, I recommend filing a complaint with relevant consumer protection agencies or seeking legal advice to pursue reimbursement for the funds."

"Booked a trip through MKI which got cancelled due to airline issues. Our refund was issued in May 2022 and we still have not received our money back. We have contacted the airline ourselves and they gave us confirmation that the refund was process to Mike yet he still has not refunded us. We have attempted to reach him numerous times but he never responds either. Worst experience ever."
