Reviews
"Really short trails if you are looking for distance, but nice for a mid week walk."
"Enjoyed the rustic paths that aren't as slippery as paved trails."
"Amazing wooded area with walking/biking paths. Dogs love it! Go deep enough into the woods and any thoughts of the city melt away. Bask in the smells, sights and sounds of nature without leaving the city! You'll see deer and many other animals, and a little door built into a tree. Who lives there? I don't know. My dog loves chasing the squirrels and sniffing every single tree and leaf in the park, so our walks can last hours. Go here. It's a great place."
"Surprisingly nice park with lots of trails and notable things to see. It’s much larger than you would expect as you drive by. The main trail is paved and mostly level, but there are plenty of additional off road trails for mountain biking or exploring. There is also a surprising amount of wildlife, especially deer. However, be mindful of your surroundings, especially in the early AM or late PM. The park is host to the occasional Coyote, or Fox. They are perfectly safe for the most part, but they may be a hazard to small, unleashed pets."
"Great area for just wandering the trails...I let my dogs pick the trails from the many intersections. Good for mountain biking. A mix of woodland and oak savannah. It's a little hilly too. Branches have been combined into teepee type structures throughout the park which I am sure would be fun for kids. The deer are very comfortable and allow you to get close."
