"We booked an interactive experience and it was great! Our guide Garrett was very enthusiastic about sharing information about each animal and showing us some behaviors of some aquatic animals. He was very thorough about helping us get the best interaction with the animals of our choice. When our tour was over, we were able to stay and look around longer and linger at some tanks where you could feed them. I highly recommend booking ahead and going on a weekday. It wasn't crowded and all the staff were super friendly and helpful. Loved this experience ❤️"

"So if you want to enjoy the experiences, it will definitely cost some money, but knowing that ahead of time, I just bought more tokens this time and saved myself money(the more you buy, the cheaper they are each). We love coming here. This was our second visit. I think we'll continue to make it a yearly visit. They are great at explaining the different animals and how they live and what they like."

"Martha was great. We thoroughly enjoyed our epic mini quest. All of the animals interactions were just so cool. The kiddos loved all of it, the parents favorites were the otters and the sloth. We enjoyed hearing the stories of each animal we were with and it was truly a great experience. I'll never be able to just go to a zoo again without wanting the inside acoop."

"Get the VIP package it is totally worth it, but if you go general admission it’s great. Never knew they were there but now I am glad it was discovered. Want some Winter party or family fun ideas, this is a great one. My 8 year old to my 17 year old loved it, us adults too. Friendlies staff imaginable also."
