"So very disappointed with my Scandinavian trip through Borton. A group of 9 of us missed three full days in Sweden due to a mechanical issue with the plane taking us to our international flight. We spent 3 entire days in airports just waiting on another flight. Instead of finding us another airline with a connection we just waited despite numerous calls to the agency.
