Purple Rain House

"If you've seen the movie, you get it. Not sure if the basements are at this house."

"Nothing indicates this is the house from the movie Purple Rain. I feel like there used to be a plaque (at least) outside of the house. I lived in the cities for 11-12 yrs, never bothered to see it. I had family come in from out of town, they wanted to see it so we went. Needless to say it was a bit of a disappointment. It just looked like a house that nobody had lived in for a while."

"I was more excited about being at the house than the house itself. The house is nothing fancy but it was cool just being there. The house was empty and there is no indication that the house is even connected to Purple Rain or Prince. The neighborhood seemed quiet with a few neighbors out."
