"The office staff is literally the dream team and were amazing at making this easy. We had a ton of questions and were so quick to answer them. Moving in was a breeze and it feels like a dream to live in a nice and safe environment. Everything is clean and is kept clean which makes it even nicer. Coffee in the main building is definitely a bonus. I will never recommend a place more than here"

"We have been living at The Pointe for nearly two years now and we are about to re-sign our lease for the third time. We live in a 3bd 3ba which is more like a house than an apartment. Very spacious for my family of 4. I also love that we are given the option to rent a garage, which we do, for added storage (on top of the closet on our patio). We have always felt extremely safe in our community to the point that I will jog around the complex with my ear buds in at any time of morning/afternoon. And I am even training for my first 5k in our gym here, which I absolutely love. We are so enamored with management's enthusiasm for attention to detail with taking care of upkeep for the property. The grounds are meticulously manicured. We know the landscapers at this point who are here every week. And they are very sweet and thoughtful people when around the cars and patios etc. Staff has become like family who have watched our kiddos grow up! Miss K has been here with us since we toured and got placed on the wait list and we are so thankful that she's still here! There is a reason why there is usually a wait list! It's worth the short wait, believe me!"
