"We’ve been here for a few months now and honestly it’s been an amazing experience. We got one of the newly renovated apartments and they are an upgrade from what they used to be. The ladies at the office are extremely nice and have answered any questions or concerns we’ve had with no issues. The maintenance guys we’ve had come were especially helpful and nice. There is one guy in particular I haven’t learned his name but he’s always the one that comes. We really like it here."

"The Avenue Apartments have recently gone under a big renovation and it has made all the difference. If you can find pictures from before the changes and change in management, you would be stunned. The office staff and maintenance team are phenomenal and will go above and beyond to create a smooth and lovely experience from tour to move in. Looking forward to seeing the office renovations too. Definitely worth checking out if you're looking for a great place in Cabot to live."

"Abby was amazing! She was very informative and she answered every question that I had. I really think the new management is really going in the right direction. She was even able to accommodate a truck and trailer parking overnight without any hassle. I would highly recommend this community to anyone that is looking for a clean and professional living environment."

"Since the new owners and staff have taken over they have been doing major renovations all over the property inside and outside. They are doing apartment home remodeling as well as beautiful landscaping. This is a very classy place to live and all of the staff are incredibly nice. The office staff, groundskeepers, and maintenance are all so nice and helpful. I'm very happy to be living here."
