Greystone Woods,

"I am a current resident of Greystone. The management and apartments are nice. However, I am living in an apartment as a non-smoker that is completely overtaken by my neighbors who are allowed to smoke cigarettes, and weed, in their apartment (which I've informed them that I'm allergic, and had reactions to). Every day I walk into a home that I've worked hard to make my own, all to be covered in smoke. I was told that these individuals would be move out bc of my frequent complaints. Then they actually were not. No matter how much I complain... my opinion doesn't matter. Also, I'm paying +300 dollars more than any other apartment in the area? I would 100% recommend looking elsewhere for an apartment unless you love smoke."

"I was able to stop in to tour Greystone while in town for a possible job. I’m so glad I did because their apartments were beautiful and the gym was ***** 5 stars. I really enjoyed meeting Emily and I think the location is great being so close to all the things you could need. I like also how much green space is around. If I come back to Cabot for work I’ll definitely be seeing what is available!"

"I was apprehensive to move to a new town with my 6 year old son. To my surprise, we were able to befriend several neighbors. On the warm nights, my son has the privilege of playing with new friends outside and saying hi to the fluffy friends playing in the dog park. Greystone Woods is a great place to call home!"
