"Nice clean room. You can tell it needs remodeling but they get away by slapping some flooring and paint on the walls. Either way it works. The room I was in had a slow draining tub. Their plumbing needs attention but otherwise good value for the cost."

"The guy at the front desk Is Very Incompetent!!! We argued about the check in two days ago because he wanted me to check in at 2pm,so I walked outside and asked the maids if a particular room was ready (a Very Simple phone call he "Should've" made) today I just wanted an extension for 2 more days,he wanted to check me out of the room,check me back into the "Same Room" and couldn't even match the price I paid two days ago and yes,of course,it was more money!!!"

"DO NOT waste your money at this POS run down 1 star motel. Just spent the extra little bit and go to the days inn! The owner/manager is one of the rudest people I have ever met in my life. The only thing these people care about is money! They show absolutely ZERO hospitality or friendliness. The rooms are filthy and disgusting. The only thing this place needs is to be SHUT DOWN IMMEDIATELY! Cabot should do better about investing in tearing down the POS motels we have and actually start putting in good quality hotels with actually decent freaking people to own/run them!"

"The floors were filthy dirty. The filters in the heater/air-conditioning were caked up with dirt. Was disturbed by wanting to clean under our refrigerator. When I knew perfectly they just wanted to see our room ( which is harassment). I paid 312$ to stay 4 nights and we did not break or tear anything up and lefted it destroyed. I will not be using them no more. They complained about my grown kids and my 2 granddaughters visiting me Christmas Day. We were here from out of state. They acted like I was doing something terrible. It's was perfectly okay for all their people had a big gathering the same night. They acted like getting a towel was a offense, beds are way too high up off the ground. It's not a handicap accessible in no way. I will tell everyone I know at home to NOT use your facilities. It might cost a little more but I will go somewhere else, this was our 2nd stay their. Clean your dirty furniture also. Therd is not one spot in that room comfortable enough to sit and play a game of Phase 10. NOT WORTH 68$ a night."

"A steal for the price! The bathroom and room overall was very clean, there was complimentary breakfast, and the room was spacious! Bed was comfortable and sheets were clean. We stayed here with our two dogs and there is a big yard area right outside where they could run and play. Plus, ample amounts of parking. 10/10 would recommend if you don’t mind the furniture being outdated! (Which… who cares what the furniture looks like if the room is clean and comfortable, right?) I’d 100% book here again."
