Terrace Villa

"The management is a joke. I got called an "illegal squatter" because my roommate didn't add me to the lease (which wasn't something I knew until I moved out). My $220 PC monitor got broken and they refused to replace it, and I left some of my things I wasn't allowed to recover that have probably been thrown away since I moved out. Their maintenance guy is rude and cursed me and lied and said my dog bit him and he called Animal Control, so when I came to get the rest of my things - this is after he chased me out 24 hours early and lied and told me the locks would be changed and the lights would be off, and I had no place to go but The Salvation Army - I had to call the police and have them come because I didn't feel safe to retrieve my dogs and the rest of my things. I wouldn't stay in these apartments unless you want to deal with drug dealers living around you and a property manager who doesn't care about anything but making money, an office manager with no tact, and a maintenance guy that's a lazy, disrespectful pot head who doesn't even know how to put a screen door back on and won't ever answer the phone and you have to call his supervisor to get anything done."

"I love this apartment complex the land lord is a great person. They keep the grounds clean. They fix everything as it is reported to the office. It's pet friendly because my son has a service dog to help him to cope with every day life and it's a very peaceful area. My son that resides there says they really help him because he is disabled but he tries to survive on his own by working so that he doesn't depend on a SSA. They really do care for their tenants and my son. Thank you Villa management for what you are doing for the my son."

"I’m very glad that I don’t live here anymore. These apartments are not worth the money. Some tenants have water coming out the floor and ceiling. The apartments have mold in them. They don’t come to fix anything when you let them know about the apartments. They don’t have a maintenance person on duty after hours. The bee’s attack you trying to go in your apartment. I been trying to find who I can call to file a complaint. I wouldn’t recommend these apartments to anyone."

"I hate it….The new owners don’t wanna fix anything. They put you on a waiting list before they come to fix anything. The rent went up and theses apartments are very old and need some work done. The pool is green from not being cleaned."

"Lived here for 2 years going on 3. I really Love it here! This is a different management from when I first moved here, but they are good too. I have great neighbors. Eventhough the place is pretty cost effective it is a nice place to live. They keep the lawns mowed and it looks pretty nice. My only thing is that the trash receptacles are so far from where I live. Also if they could keep up when the leaves fall so they aren't always by our front doors. Other than that, I plan on staying here for a long time. Love it here!!"
