"This is one of the most pleasant stay we have had in a long time. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good. The service was excellent. This will definitely be our go to when traveling through again."
"I have never posted a review before on any place that we have ever stayed but this place was by far the worst! I thought I a great idea too take my daughter and her friends to spend the night for her birthday at a hotel that had an indoor pool. Check in went great. The room not so much. I immediately noticed the room was never cleaned. Dust everywhere, little things on the floor, hair in the sink, open bars of soap, and splattered food on the door! I called the front desk had them to come and look, he told me the room was clean because he checked it himself. But I caught him in a little lie. While checking in he ask the cleaning lady do you clean room # and she answered yes. I requested new linens and I would put them on myself. Later I had to ask for a shower curtain! Toliet Paper! Towels and Wash clothes! I noticed later that night mold in the air vents and the smoke detector still had tab in it to prevent it from working. I tried reaching out to the manger several times with no returned phone call. We stayed March 2nd."
"Terrible Manager She will make false accusations, then won't even apologize once she is proven wrong. This company should remove her immediately Stay at the Holiday Inn Express Way better rooms and way nicer manager"
"I usually don’t have negative feedback when I go places. We all make mistakes and things happen. However, I booked a stay for 3 nights through Trivago at the Country Inn and Suites in El dorado, AR. I filtered the app to show pet friendly hotels. Turns out they are not pet friendly and when they found out about my dog the lady was extremely rude and said she was going to charge a $250 fine for having my dog. Which is fine I understand we said okay and we were willing to pay for that. However, my second night in the room I come across a MOUSE. With the temperature dropping I can see how this could happen. I wasn’t even mad until I called the front desk to let them know and the woman at the desk made me feel like I was a burden. After talking to her I got a new room, I proceeded to get the keys to the new room and move my things from one to the other. When I got to the new room it stunk and had stains all over the carpet. It didn’t even look clean. At this point I didn’t even bother saying anything else to the woman. After all of this I can’t believe they see my dog as a problem and I’m really upset about the $250 fine I’m getting charged when there’s a mouse staying with me rent free in my room. I’d definitely advise anyone looking to stay here to save your money and go else where. I’ve stayed at plenty of hotels with my boyfriend traveling for work and I’ve spent less and had a better experience else where."
"To begin, I want to acknowledge the positive experience we had with Cindy at the front desk, who efficiently assisted us during check-in. However, our stay at room 133 raised several concerns. The door latch to the back outside door was faulty, posing a security risk, as the door had already been left ajar. Once in the room, we noticed a layer of dust on various surfaces, prompting us to write "hi" on the furniture to highlight the cleanliness issue. Moreover, the room exhibited signs of neglect, with stained floors and bedding. The bathroom presented an unusual challenge, as my youngest son accidentally locked himself in. To release him from the outside, we had to lift the door handle, a rather unconventional and disconcerting solution. The bathtub was visibly dirty, suggesting a lack of thorough cleaning. Additionally, the shower drain was slow, resulting in standing water throughout our shower. The state of the room extended to a floor lamp on the brink of collapse, an unplugged phone on the desk, and an overall impression that cleanliness standards were not met. Although I have been a repeat guest at this hotel, this disappointing experience leads me to reconsider future stays. Turning to breakfast, while the waffles were enjoyable, the selection was limited and perplexing. An unconventional egg omelet, chicken strips, and unseasoned diced potatoes seemed out of place for a breakfast spread. The fruit options appeared dated, though we managed to find a decent banana. Adding to the disappointment, the pool was closed during our visit. Considering the overall condition and the inconveniences encountered, it feels unjustifiable to pay over $100 for such subpar accommodations. Regrettably, this experience has led me to explore alternative lodging options in the future."
