"This is a scammer lot! They will tow you if the ticket isn’t on the dashboard, visible, in the right place. You pay electronically for the spot you parked in, So they know the spot is paid for but tow you anyway."

"scammer parking lot; I paid $10 to park here for 12 hours, after 2 hours I came out to leave and my car was gone. With an electronic payment system they obviously have the ability to confirm payment was made for the parking space but they tow you anyways and then hold you hostage to get your car back. They generously discount it 50%...Do not park here, and do not patronize any of their establishments"

"I paid for a parking spot, but apparently my ticket I set in my vehicle wasn't visible enough for the guy that towed my vehicle after only 30 minutes in the lot. I grabbed my ticket out of the vehicle when I arrived at the impound lot, but they wouldn't release my vehicle until I paid half of the fine, $136. This is a total scam. I paid for the parking spot and they still charge me $136."

"My car was "stolen" from this lot. I attended a concert in the evening and parked in spot #34 and paid at the machine with a visa card. Upon returning to the lot after the concert, my car was gone. I called the # of the towing company that is listed on the sign at the lot and took an Uber 4 miles to the lot where I found my car. I feel this is form of organized crime and extortion and when I told the towing company that, they discounted the towing fee 50% ($136) and opened the gate so I could leave."
