"I was working with one of the doctors for removing wisdom teeth. Two weeks after the surgery and the medicine she gave me, I was still swallowed like a squirrel and not being able to talk or eat freely. I said to her three times, visiting her and emailed her twice, saying this was a inflation, a pretty bad one. She said it’s normal. The last time I checked with her, there was green-yellowish pus came out of the swallowed places. I asked her again, and she said EVERYBODY SHOULD BE FINE NOW, YOURE PRETTY UNUSUAL! well, I took her medicine and wait for it to gone and scheduled an appointment for re-check. Two weeks later, I came and CHECKED-IN with the front desk, and they told me I was all set. Then I waited for half a hour, patients came and go. So I checked with the front desk if I was ever checked in and if there was any mistakes. They said THEY WERE PRETTY SURE I WAS CHECKED IN AND THERES NO NEED TO DOUBLE CHECK WITH THE DOCTOR. I don’t want to pick a fight or question her expertise. So I wait another half an hour, and she came back to me, saying there was no appointment for me and I was never checked in!!! What a wast and painful experiences this is! Overall, the front desk and doctor couldn’t be worse!!!!!!"
