"Initial visit was good and informative. Came for placement of iud. I have never had kids before or an iud. Was instructed to take Advil prior which I did. What followed was the most excruciating experience of my life. I nearly passed out from pain I was in cold sweats. It just kept going and they just kept saying “almost done” but it was not..the lack of pain control and anesthesia for women is really sad. I was ghost page when I walked out and a coworker gave me a ride home."

"I have gone without my prescriptions for months because phone and online messages, as well as calls from my pharmacy go unanswered. I have been unable to get prescriptions because incorrect orders were placed. Even after taking time off school or work for appointments specifically for renewals. There has been no communication or apologies on any of these occasions. I have been to other clinics within this network and notes are not properly transferred. Either that, or doctors simply disregard notes taken at other clinics. I stuck with them because they have short wait times, and have always been prompt and friendly in person. I do not know if these are technical issues, because everyone in person seems caring."

"We were recommended to see Dr. Eckhardt by my cousin, and we saw various Dr.s throughout pregnancy. The whole pregnancy and through delivery we felt guided and respected in our personal wishes. Incredible experience and the whole staff of nurses that we saw during labor, delivery, and recovery were all tremendous. They also go above and beyond in helping to make breastfeeding a success for both baby and mama. We are so thankful we had such a positive experience with our first child and we will be back for the rest!"
