"If you don’t get prior knowledge that you’re covered by insurance, DO NOT seek care here. They gave me an estimate that my services would cost $350, and a few weeks later my bill came to $5916. It turns out it was a good faith estimate, and it was my job to do their job for them on whether I would in fact be covered. They gave me absolutely no guidance as to this fact, so I went to Minnesota from California and paid the price upon my return. I was recommended to travel out of state to see Yoon-He Cha, a doctor who specialized in my rare neurological condition, Mal de débarquement syndrome. She was perfectly nice and gave some advice, but none of the services rendered remotely justified the outrageous cost. I have had far more helpful interventions and care from other practitioners, so don’t waste your money unless your insurance covers it. Even then, the Steady Coach and Mount Sinai have done much more good for me, so probably not worth the flight unless you’re extremely desperate."

"Finally was able to see a neurologist here and I was so happy when I realized he was on the spectrum. As a person with ASD, holding eye contact in a way that’s considered “normal” is difficult for me, as is “normal” back-and-forth social interaction. I have never felt so comfortable talking to a physician, because I knew he wasn’t going to think that my struggle to maintain eye contact signaled dishonesty or my stumbling over words was a sign I had some sort of substance issue, as other doctors have done. Thank you for hiring neurodivergent physicians—representation matters so much for us!"

"I found Dr. Christnovich to be arrogant, dismissive, condescending and rude. Terrible patient experience. I wish I would have read the other reviews posted about him before seeing him. He seems to have a theme when it comes to patient care. Two thumbs down!"
