Reviews
"There is a wait time but it is significantly less than any other place within the Metro. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. Dr. Pleiss was quick in communication and follow up and provided report of findings sooner than anticipated. Wonderful experience for my family."
"From their website: "Skip the lengthy waitlists and get the answers you need sooner." Upon being contacted back, I was almost immediately told that they were operating on a waitlist and the soonest my child could be seen was in the second quarter of 2023 (as late as June). My suggestion is that if you are putting people on a waitlist, remove this verbiage from your website. Edit: To clarify the last sentence above. Edit 2: To reply to the Business: My suggestion still stands at removing the "waitlist" verbiage from your website so it is more clear, and the reason for my two star review of your business. I am not leaving this review because of long wait times for something clearly out of your control."
