"Love Dr. Hanson and Dr. Lisko. I have been going here for treatment since 2009. I began my journey with terrible acne and saw Dr. Lisko (I was embarrassed and the acne was impacting my emotional wellness). Instead of just seeing my acne, she commented that she loved my eyeshadow. This meant a lot to a 15 year old girl who thought that she was ugly from the acne. She created a treatment plan that assisted with controlling my breakouts and scarring. She’s caring and compassionate. I’ve seen Dr. Hanson for cosmetic purposes and she’s been fantastic to work with! She listens to your concerns and creates a treatment plan targeting your wants and needs. 16 years later and I am still a loyal patient!"

"I was NOT impressed by Associated Skin Care Specialists in EP/Chan. First they didn't take a big enough biopsy (which was $600, so many people have huge deductibles to keep insurance even slightly affordable!) then they didn't tell me ahead of time that a teeny tiny mole removal on my arm would be a 2" scar with no heavy lifting for 4 weeks. Which whatever, get it all out, but I literally thought it would be 1 stitch, and not have to worry about it when I headed to Mexico in a couple weeks. AND another $1400+. They didn't tell me until it was already done. Um, what? For a suspicious mole about this big: . Also their front desk people are crabby."

"Not impressed with scheduling line. I have been seeing MD at clinic for many years. I called while in the car driving to make appt and she would not let me make appt unless I had my insurance info and would not let me call back with info either. She was rude on phone as well. Needless to say I was not impressed."

"The staff member who saw me back to the room and first spoke to me about symptoms was really rude. She was clearly frustrated that I misunderstood one of the initial forms I filled out and when I started to explain the reasons for the appointment she cut me off saying there wasn't enough time so I had to pick what was my priority. It makes sense that there is a time limit to these appointments, but today I got the bill for a very expensive 45 minute new patient appointment. This wasn't time I was given to discuss my concerns. I was rushed through the 5 minutes I spent with Dr. Hanson and was told I should set up 2 more to cover my other concerns. I won't be back. Update: I'm updating my review after speaking with a doctor at the clinic who seemed to take my feedback seriously. I'm still going to go elsewhere for care, but I'm hopeful that my bad experience was a one-off and appreciate the clinic being receptive to my feedback."
