"Dental surgeon has no bedside matter at all what so ever. While in the middle of having an extraction while my mouth was open during the drilling feeling completely vulnerable I was told by the oral surgeon “we’re just going to do one today since your making it a big deal”. This was already after the snud remarks and grunts. I didn’t know that crying and tearing up was not allowed during an extraction. I’ve never had a tooth pulled before. The dental assistant was literally the opposite. However, disappointing to not hold someone accountable for their actions. With appointments scheduled several months out, out of pocket extremely high, and HealthPartners circulating their surgeons to other locations.. I’ve decided that I will have my work done in Mexico. Such a traumatic experience.No one should feel the need to talk to an attorney or file a complaint with the Minnesota Board of Dentistry after dental care."

"Carly(kayle) is extremely rude and unprofessional. I’m in serious pain and my tooth is killing me and she would not give me an appt to see the dentist without scheduling a cleaning first. I have no problem with a cleaning but her tone was rude. She cut me off while talking. Would not let me explain my pain with out interrupting me, then she hung up on me. This person should never been in customer service, not alone a place that helps people when they are in pain. They must be desperate for help"

"I would highly recommend this location I’ve been going here for years but they always take care of me! Just got a 3-D generated flipper and it is the best thing I have ever gotten! I would highly recommend always getting a 3-D printed flipper or retainer!"

"Took my daughter for six months cleaning. The lady finished cleaning my daughter teeth with in five minutes. So I say that it . She say she do good job of cleaning her teeth so she don’t need any cleaning, but she did say come back in six months f or cleaning .I have never experience an oral hygiene finish someone teeth within five minutes. No complaint about the doctor or the people on the front desk."

"This clinic has been one my favorite dental in the entire state of MN. Until I had a phone conversation with kayle (not sure of the spelling). She told me to go somewhere else because they have critical staffing issues. She was so unprofessional. Everyone has been nice. Please be kind and professional to your customers. She needs to be trained on how to talk to customers. This receptionist is RUDE. Read other reviews about her"
