"Went to an ENT for a continuous throat infection. Waited over 2 hours to bee seen for my appointment which I was early for as instructed. Saw the doctor for 3 minutes and they told me there was nothing she could do for me. Was billed over 1,000 dollars for the visit."
"This department of HCMC is top notch. The providers care and know what they’re doing. Without a doubt some of the best in their field. Meghan McCoy was fantastic with bed side manned, knowledge, and overall personality. This is where to go folks."
"ENT department is terrible. Bad communication, don't care at all and very arrogant. I agree with the other reviews that all give it a 1 star"
"Avoid this hospital. Take the time to find a different facility if you can. As the previous user stated, Meaghan McCoy provided a bad experience. She documented, but did not LISTEN, and then recommended me to a TMJ doctor who (because of his age) had a seemed to have a hard time remembering the information I was telling him, and never gave me any direction on where to go to treat my problems. I was left with more questions than answers. Was recommended to a neurologist, who also documented, but did not LISTEN. She rushed me right through a series of tests so fast I felt like I was just another patient being shuffled through the corral. There was no empathy from these doctors, and no actual listening. Felt like I was more of bother to them, than someone who being cared for. TMJ doctor was nice, but he seemed to be having age related memory problems that were preventing him to do his job. The worst was the billing department. I mean seriously, get your act together. I had to call for weeks on end to get someone who could set up a payment plan. When I finally got that taken care of, I never received the updated billing in the mail. Apparently the payment plan was never set up, even though I was told it was all taken care of. It's almost like they don't want to get paid. If it wasn't for my primary care doctor, who is amazing, I would never set foot in this facility again. Go to the U of M. I have had much better care from their facilities."
"This hospital is literally the worst. A bullshit provider by the name of Meghan McCoy was rushed, unprofessional and frankly just annoying. If you leave your patient waiting for 20 mins while you loudly gossip about your personal life with nurses right outside the room and perform procedures without properly informing the patient of all of the details including financial cost (was charged over $900 for a 5 min "exam") then you should not be allowed to medically treat people. Horrible! I hope she gets fired. Thanks for nothing."
