"Unprofessional and unregulated clinic!! I booked an appointment to meet with the doctor and does not show up on time. Called them to ask what happened only to be transferred and no one picks up. I call again, the operator just auto transfers me to the same place only for no one to pick up. Disgusting behaviour! You're messing with people's lives here, health care should be held to the highest standard possible. Its a clinic ran by somalis with no concept of customer service. I do not recommend anyone bringing their elder here, they could care less if they are alive or dead. This place needs to be shutdown and ran by actual professionals at the receptionist and professional doctors who fulfil their appointment time."

"This clinic needs a big improvement specifically the girls at the reception desk. They need to be retrained at least. I’m sure they’re not hired for their knowledge or competence, let alone patient-care-professional practices. They have one good doctor in this place and I think if they continue this way of treating elderly patients, he will leave like other good doctors before him. This clinic is located in a strategic location for our Somali community, but I would suggest to everyone to go to their other site in 18th and Nicole which is exceptionally better."
