"It was my first time at Dr.Roble’s Amerikan Clinic and I couldn’t have been more pleased with how my treatment was viewed as a partnership following a thorough diagnostic of my current health. It felt more than just an urgent care and that was due to staff going beyond expectations and a knowledgeable doctor. My experience was great, I’ll most definitely be back; hopefully I won’t need urgent medical care again, but if it ever became the reality I wouldn’t hesitate to walk in at Dr.Robles Clinic. Hamza,"

"have to call multiple times for them to open the door - hard to find. Didn’t realize it was a private clinic so pretty much a joke. Also the lady just kept asking how i was gonna pay just because i didn’t have insurance… money or insurance shouldn’t matter"

"Website said open on Labor Day period it was not period very poor signage . urgent care America address says says doctor Robles office. it was almost a 100° and I walked for blocks and blocks. Trying to find it - only for it to be closed."

"I'd say awful considering the number provided online just rings and rings, the number that is provided under my insurance " not receiving calls at this time," and when i was there during their posted hours (open 11am) nobody was there. I came for a toe/foot injury, so needless to say I was extremely upset that i walked all the way to the entrance for nobody to show up!! This place needs to get it together. Obviously, I don't recommend going here!"
