"I waited for 45 min in the room waiting for the dr. No one came in to give me an update on anything. I finally went to the front desk and notified them. I ended up walking out because of the horrible non professional experience I had. They did ask if I wanted to talk to the medical assistant about my issue. I said I am here to talk to the dr not a medical assistant. I will be finding a new Nephrologist and clinic."
