"I have made multiple appointments for a video appointment about my results. Three were canceled (two of which where canceled 5 minutes before the appointment) and one where they didn’t enter the call. The last one the doctor entered and then left almost immediately. I just want my results and this company is exceedingly difficult to work with. If my company didn’t require I use these people I would go somewhere else."

"I was told that I could come in an hour earlier for my sleep study from several people through out the week coming up to my appointment - when I arrived at 6:45 i had to waited 25 mn before anyone came out to greet me then was told that I would have to wait that she didnt start her shift until 45 minutes from then and I felt I was dismissed and in "Her" house and felt not heard. She turned to walk away and said that she didnt care if I stay or not so I left. I felt that even if I stayed - how would i know that I would be watched through out the night and felt that I was an interruption and clearly not welcomed."

"The process for my home sleep test was fine. They gave me the wrong person's test kit initially, which wasn't super professional, but we got it figured out. The process of getting an actual device has been a nightmare! I gave them a week from when my doctor sent the order to call me, but no one did, so I have been calling multiple times this week trying to get someone to give me an update. When I'm able to talk to a real person, they can't answer any questions and just keep telling me to leave messages for different people, but no one has returned any of the messages! A facility that deals with medical issues like this should be run with much more compassion and willingness to help people!"

"Sleep test was done and it took soooooo long for a doctor to read it an get results! I’m not sure if there is only one doctor to read test but this was the word experience of sleep test at this facility! I only have two stars cause the nurse practitioner was the only one who was helpful in the whole process."

"Great experience. Janneth assisted me in getting my new CPAP machine all setup in accordance with my prescription values. Also showed me how the new device works and activated some additional features available to me."
