"I would not recommend this clinic. The last time I went, the doctor gaslighted me and told me it was all in my head and that my blood work came back fine….which was not the case and even someone who didn’t go to medical school can see that. They dismiss your symptoms because they just don’t care and want your money. I had to lay down when getting my blood work due to passing out and the phlebotomist acted like I unconvinced him and just talked the entire time about how I look and the clothing I chose to wear which was just pants and a hoodie. Terrible clinic."

"1. It's acceptable for the providers to be 15-45 minutes late to your appointment time and they face no punishment for it. If the patient is late, then they must reschedule because it's TOO late to see the providers! What nonsense is that? 2. Front desk staff/receptionists every time I have an appointment request services that I have waived and did not request. They are RUDE, ARROGANT, and CARELESS. There were multiple times were my HIPPA rights were violated and disclosure of my information occurred without my consent. 3. Current providers are misdiagnosing, misguiding, and misinforming patients about their well-being and health issues. My former doctor retired and since then things are going down the hill with no light at the end of the tunnel."

"I went here for years and repeatedly received very bad care. From being brushed off when I had a torn rotator cuff (no treatment, not even an x-ray), a Dr walking out on me when I told them I had suicidal depression, and their nurse call line telling me to wait it out at home when I was short of breath sick with covid (I spent a week in the hospital right after that) I wish I'd left much sooner. So in short: smiles left me with a permanent injury and almost killed me twice Never go - there are lots of clinics near by"

"I'll start with saying I have state funded health insurance, which has covered everything I need. So I haven't had to deal with any of the billing issues others seem to have. I recently started going to Smiley's Clinic in Minneapolis, and I'd highly recommend them. I've only seen a few of the doctors here, but everyone seems great. I quickly found a doctor I liked enough to be my primary. And while it's clear he's quite overworked and is late to every appointment, that barely even bother me because he seems to be truly passionate about his work. He listens closely and answers any questions I have with lots of detail. It's great to finally have a doctor who cares and actually believes you when you tell them your problems. Only 4 stars because again, I don't think I've had a single on time appointment. Ranging from 10-45 minutes late. I'm not going to pretend like I know the exact reason for this, but I hope they're trying to work on it, for both the patients and the doctors sake."

"Smiley’s just billed fraudulently, over $300, for vaccinations that I did not receive, as well as charging almost $500 for a preventative care visit. The resident was kind and caring, but their coders are scam artists. Beware!"
