"I was realy realy disapointed with the service. They didn't understand my case. I went three times in the clinic. They gave me two times the wrong letters and chareghed me two times for nothing. Even, they couldn talk to me politely. I don't recommend this place for anyone."

"I wish you could give zero stars?. Very unprofessional, we called and scheduled an appointment for the next day, got there and had to wait 45 minutes. The guy which seems to be a Medical assistant or someone just wearing Scrubs, didn't know what he was going. We were there back in November of 2017 , and part of our vaccinations expired since they are only good for One ayear5per immigration, . We asked how much it will cost for the renewals which are the blood test for tb and MMR. Well 300 for doctor to even sign forms, plus 240 for blood test extra 100 for Mmr. Mine you wr only paid 540 when we had to complete all immigration test and paper work from them back in 2017. I then asked the guy if I could speak with a doctor, there was no doctor in the office. Then I asked can we get a copy of our record from them, he went upstairs for about 20 minutes just to tell me "I know its here somewhere I just can't find it" not sure how they are still in business. Place was cold their thermostat said it was 30 degrees in there, no type of customer service. Looks somewhere else as they don't know what they are doing. S"

"DO NOT GO THERE . Avoid going there it's very bad building . Doctors .dirty and they have unlicensed people taking blood samples its crazy unbelievable. Also they are very expensive they lie to you about the charge and the cost and at the end they charge you so much extra money for nothing. If you are lucky do not go there and do not deal with them at all Save your self the headech and time and money also the wait time. I forgot to tell you about that. If you ever go there plan your whole day to he there. And at the end you realize that they dont take people in order as they come .they are bad. They forget about you and you spend the whole day there for nothing and you pay too much money. And you get the worst service possible ever . Go anywhere else to get your immigration exams it will be cheaper and better and faster more efficient. And for anything else you should never go there."

"After calling in and explaining my wife's need for a immigration form we were told that it would be $240 for everything. After she went there the said they couldn't use here chest X-ray that was already done. Then it was up to $380 for shot and blood work. Then added in more vaccines for $100. At the end of the whole process it was double what we were quoted. Should have gone to the twin cities medical for $440 and an honest prices rather than these guys who lie and nickel and dime you."
